HYDRO Looking to find info on biofilm on roots,

I RECENTLY SWITCHED TO HYDRO GUARD AN ITS WORKING WELL WEEK LATER AN ROOTS HAVE STARTED TO EXPLODE!THEY ALL HAVE A WHITE FILM IN THE ENDS OF THE ROOTS! I HAD 2 BAD BOUTS WITH ROOT ROT AN WENT TO HYDROGUARD any help would be cool ty luke

Water is not the issue its only 70-72 did a lot more digging an figured out that the hydroguard is attacking the shitty roots that's what the jelly is,,,, it's on the old roots was told to rinse them off when i change my res.
The roots coming in are real white some are comung through the old junk.
