Looking for some advice

Hello cannabuds,
I've not been around much lately but I do have a quick question for you. This will be my first time growing autos so what do I do for lighting just 12/12 the entire grow?

18/6 is pretty much the standard from what I understand.

I do 22/2, but have no ideal if its better than 18/6 or 24/0. I do have a feeling that even autos need a little rest period.

Thanks for the advice everyone I think 18/6 sounds good since I like to allow some rest time

Mine are outside with the big garden, they are my first autos too. So far they are thriving, aware outside isn't an option for everyone though.

that's one of the reasons you can get such good yields from autos, they don't depend on a 12/12 split to flower so they get the benefit of the extra hours of light. gotta love it!
