hello i want to thank sirius and nebula for all the great articles i have learned so much . Anyway my light have a dimming setting during flowering does that help with yields or potency ? any comments or info or articles on subject would be greatly appreciated thank you

Hi, can you give us some info on the light you are working with?
When I grow photo-period plants, I will usually run my fixtures at 50% power during veg and when I'm ready to flip them to flower I will ramp the intensity up to full power( which should be around 750 umole ppfd).
When I run auto's, I run them at full power throughout their cycle.
