Can I use a 100 watt LED and or a yellow one?

Probably get one plant to grow ok with a 100 watt led but what do you mean by a yellow ? Within reason the more light the better.

I used 100 watt daylight led 2 CFLs @60 watts and a blue 90 watt LED flood bulb for seedling on 4 plants they outgrew the pots quick. using them on clones now.
