I grow using a 600w adjustable HPS and love the results. I also have a spare 250w HPS that i upgraded from that I’m thinking of adding to the tent as I’m currently growing a large number of plants and I want better coverage. Would having 2 different light outputs in the same tent be ok or would the plants still be drawn towards the 600w?

They will naturally be drawn to the stronger light. If you're trying to do multiple lights I'd suggest the same wattage outputs.
