Lighting

Ok is there such a thing as to many plants in a tent for ur lighting. I have a 4x8 with 3 lec315 with the 3100k bulbs for 18 plants if I do less plants, will yields increase

You can grow them a little smaller. Im only doing 4 plants in a 4x4. Your light probably wont be adequate to produce a large crop with that many plants. You also have to really watch mold/mildew with that many plants in a tight tent. Leaves on leaves equals dark spots where each leaf doesnt get light which equals dark moist condotions perfect for mildew to start.

Less plants will increase yields - yes.
You will find as the plants mature whether 18 plants is too many/not enough/or just right.

I also use the 315 LEC, pretty much 3 or 4 plants is more than enough for one light, I have found that if you veg a little longer and properly trained one or two plants per lights all you really need. Much easier to take care of less watering less maintenance same yield. Think of it as the light being food and if one plants only getting a little bit of like you're actually starving that plant for what it needs. Good luck ☮️
