Lighting Upgrade for Next Grow

My first grow (3'x3' tent) yielded 3.1oz from a single GG4 clone (posting full grow journal soon, looking forward to constructive comments). I'm happy with that but know I can do better next grow. I want to upgrade my LED; I used (and liked) the 450W (210 actual) viparspectra dimmable 12-band.

Question: Should I get a 2nd one, risking hanging another 12lbs from the crossbars in my tent, or replace it with a single 700W of the same series (17lbs)? Carbon filter, exhaust fan and intake air filter also being supported by tent.

Apologies if naming brands/products is not allowed. First time poster here.

Running the two will give you a way better footprint imo.

Don't worry about the weight.

I've got three lights a 6 inch exhaust all hanging from my 4x4. Most of them are rated for nearly 100 LBS per bar. As long as everything isn't connected directly to one bar and the weight is evenly distributed between all of them you should be fine.

When I had tents I wired 2x4s perpendicular to the bars. Catching the middle two and the outside two. Then hung everything from those. Just an idea

Like Eli said 3.1 is not a bad harvest , You will increase it a little by a more powerful light but that is about right for a gorilla glue plant ,Before you go spending money on a new light try a different strain Northern lights is a huge producer

"Apologies if naming brands/products is not allowed. First time poster here." No apology necessary. We all name drop here. For LEDs Viparspectra is on everyone's lips. Nice clean set up.

Thanks for the helpful input everyone.

oldjarhead100 I'm looking into a high CBD plant for my next grow, suggestions welcome. Despite sharing with friends, creating tincture and butter I still have about half of my harvest (from August)!

hey Fish ask alltatup what shes growing I have not done a cbd grow at this time just planing it , I have to stock up a little before I can dedicate 3 to 4 months on a cbd plant
