I think you mean 3000k? I think it has little blue and lots of red. It’s perfect for flowering but it can be used for veg too

Don't think it'll be suitable for growing. As far as I can tell, that's a marketing spec used on those HID headlights-the 'ultra' blue lights on cars that make you wish it was legal to shoot out oncoming headlights.
