HELP! Light timer screw up during flower.

Well, my timer went crazy and kept the lights on an extra 5 hours during 12/12. I'm not sure what this will do. They've been in flower for 10 days. I'm hoping that the fact that the light just stayed on instead of off and on, I might get by. Not sure. Any ideas about how the plants will react?

I was thinking of letting them sleep for 12 (from the time of the timer fail) and then 12 on and 12 off. That would take them off of their regular schedule. But it seems like they would still need 12 hours of darkness today. No? Confusing yes? Perhaps it's the way I ask the question.

So here is how I have handled this in the past. Say your lights come on at 8 am. and go off at 8pm but due to timer failure the lights didn't get turned off until 1am, 5 hours after the scheduled off time. You will need to have at least a twelve hour dark period before lights can come back on which would put your new on time at 1pm. If you want to get back to a 8am. start you must leave your room dark thru the first 8am. lights on and wait till next 8am. to turn lights back on, which would be 19 hours dark.Hope this helps I am not to good at explaining myself.
