Light requirements

I have an aero garden with 45 watts full spectrum LED, what should the distance be between the light and cannabis seedlings

Welcome to GWE Chromeg , i had to google your aero garden. It look quite similar to a product i use for seedlings. The one i use is 60w and it works great. lowest stand setting is fine.
