Light Rail

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone here is using a light rail or has any advice on it. Is it worth it? Pros and Cons? Same yield or not?

One row of lights is ok for small plants, clones, seedlings etc but a larger plant will require more light. Maybe three rails to spread the light spectrum out a few ft. Should be looking at something that will give you 2 x 2, 3 x 3, 2 x3 etc.

It’s basically has the light on a rail that moves it bad and forth

Umm ya I was thinking about using it in Flower but idk if I would lose yeild because electricity is a pain.
