Light question and bonus question

I have one seedling with just one initial leaf. I'll keep it growing but curious if this means it likely won't make it, stunted growth etc?

Also my light is too strong on the lowest setting to be anywhere near my seedlings so I have it pretty far away and monitor with a light meter photone app and diffuser. Do I need a smaller light so it can be closer to the seedlings?

No. As long as you can give it around 250 to 350 PPFD all good. You might save on your power bill using a less powerful light closer to it but that's all.

Edit. I keep my mutants going. They've all produced, sometimes the same, sometimes a bit less than the non mutated ones.
