The power supply to my cheap(ish) import LED light failed. I only had one photo (Sundae Driver) under it which I had just started on 12/12 1 week prior. Where I live (Arizona) I am still less than 12 hours daylight. However in a month I will be up to 13. Will it reveg if I bring it outdoors. Night time temps are cool but above 40.

It may reveg i'd give it 50/50 chance.
The power supply is 36V. I am in contact with the seller (UnitFarm) and they are responsive and appear willing to send a replacement. If I get that within a couple weeks maybe I can bring it back in then. It is in a 35g grow bag so not the sort of thing I want to move back and forth daily.

yes it will reveg John b is right you have to move it in and out and keep it at less than 12 hours
Although it is legal, there is still a stigma so I am still in the closet (literally) Year before last I started all my plants inside, as soon as they went outside they went into flower. I just new they would reveg, but no they did not. Sun went over 14.5 hours and no reveg, yes I was lucky with all strains planted. I have went to 13/11 inside and no reveg. Good luck!
