Light cycle

recently during the flowering cycle I had 7 plants growing in 1 tent, 3 strains finished early so, I kept the whole tent dark for 48 hours before harvesting the 3.
after removing the 3, I then continued light cycle 12/12 leaving the other 4 plants to continue flowering.
My question is: will doing so affect these last 4 negatively by continuing the flowering light cycle?
