Light cycle interrupted

Hello all got a quick question my ladies were halfway through their first dark cycle 12 hours of darkness and for some reason the lights kicked on for no more than 5 seconds then I realized what happened and shut them off is that so much of a light leak that it will mess it up or should I just leave the lights off until they're supposed to kick back on?

You just flipped them, so they are already a little confused. They'll be okay

Nice That's what I was hoping like it was kind of like a lightning storm that lit up the sky for a split second. Good to know I appreciate the help thanks guys.
