Hello I got my plants pretty well a week ago but yesterday they look in bad shape. I use HPS400w and keep 35cm away from the top.The heat of the grow room is almost 30.C but I'm still not sure what problem I'm facing too
please help me!!! thank U

I'm going to guess mites based on the gloss on the leaves and the new growth appears to be twisting.

If it is mites, I wish you the best....

What type of plant are they? indica or sativa? my first grow was an rescued indica and they hate when my grow would get either to warm or there was too much light, and that's what I think is going on here, try moving your lights about 16-18 inches way from the top and see what happens

Also if you act fast you could save thoes leaves before they dry up and fall off

I would still try moving the lights a few inches away and see
