HELP! Light burn coming

My girls took off, recommended 24 inches away from light with 18 inches at end of flowering they more than doubled in height after switching to flowering light is at max height starting fourth week of flowering in two days light is 20 inches away right now.

Supercrop them away from light.

Can I do that as a new grower during their fourth week of flowering?

You should be done with your stretch soon. I'd use some LST or supercropping (if ATU says it's good, it's good) to move your branches laterally.

What do I super crop? Or should I let it go and just toss the burnt buds or will it destroy the two plants?
