I have 2 3 foot outdoor photos, my 1st outside grow, I have a small yard with neighbors on either side, which I haven't grown outside before, there is a 7 foot fence around the yard and I didn't want plants tall as fence. I decided to flip them to flower stage so I put them in the dark inside for 24 hours, then put them back outside, then I read about re-veg. Do I need to immediately bring them back inside and set on a 12 hour light/dark schedule/

Yes if you want them to flower. By the way depending on where your at mine are at the beginning stages of pre flowering now. Mine are photo period and one is only 3 1/2 ft. i don't expect it to go over 6ft. just saying.
