Let’s get freaky in 2025

Just in today some fresh freaky seeds for my 2025 outdoor run! Picked up a 3 pack each of freakshow and supafreak fems during a pre-release sale. I’ve watched many of you grow them and I was gifted one a few years ago that wound up sexing a male. So I’m prepared for their finicky germination and storage (hence 3 pack only). My plan is to start early indoors and transition when conditions are right. I also hope to clone and create a mother to carry me to future outdoor grows and possible breeding adventures. I would love any advice, suggestions, or what ever you freaky growers have to offer. Thanks!

Here is a Freakshow that I grew last year. It was a Freebie from Homboldt Seed Co.

Starting them inside could be a good thing as they do not like the cold, nor do they like wet feet. They can be hard to get started but they clone very easily good luck!
I think they would do better in an indoor grow where the temps, RH etc. can be controlled. It gets hot here near 110*F with high RH.

Thank you Rwise. I will definitely start indoors and we will see where it goes. I don’t have temps like that but plenty of rh. I seldom get any bud from my outdoor but it’s fun to try. These beans were bogo so $35 bucks call that good.

It was a very fun grow, no one I showed them to new anything about them, even the know-it-alls! You just gotta luv teaching the know-it-alls that they dont know everydamnthing!
Also the leaves can change a bit during flower

I showed the male I grew to a few heads and they were blown away. Thought it was a fern in the middle of the veggie garden. That’s what I’m going for is the stealth part. So interested in what you mean by leaves change, by look or color? I’ll skim back through your last summer grow. Thanks for the input

They changed shape slightly, the leaf in flower had less leafy part near the center of the leaf. I looked it up and it is normal for the freaks.
Also if you cross them with a normal it takes 2-3 generations for them to return to freaks, then you select the leaf pattern you want to continue with.

Yeah they definitely could use starting indoors early as they take forever to get going. Fun plants. Mine loved wet feet and high humidity after planting outside. Nice pineapple smelling buds.
