Let my plants get too big.

I let my plants get too big, they are still in veg, can i just top like a foot off em or will that screw em up, is it better to just bend em over again? They are like 4 feet tall and super bushy. I'm lazy and let their growth just go unchecked lol

They were already topped once but that's it.

If you're at a place where it's too late for supercropping and LST, you can take tops off as needed but you ought to go at least one more week in veg for them to recover properly before starting 12/12. You can always try to make clones out of the carnage.
