My guess - without any information - is your plant doesn't like what the roots are growing in.

So, being a rookie at this myself, commenting to subscribe and see what others say as well. Droopy leaves could be over watering or under watering. According to the plant troubleshooting guide on this website if they are like paper thin, it could be under watering and if they are bloated could be over watering. Hard for me to tell from the pictures.

Your growing medium doesn't look nice i'd change it and add perlite for sure but like canuck147 said we need more info.
