LEDs in flower

Hi looking for some advise on using LED with veg and bloom switch. Should I keep my veg switch on with bloom or just put the bloom on when plant is flowering. I contacted the seller but didnt really get a clear answer. Would like to hear what the experience of LED users is on here please.

Turn them both on. Plant needs blue light still too. Red light triggers stretch. Some lights are compatible with controllers to dim each individually. If you dont want the plants to stretch taller you can turn off the red light and use only blue still.

both for sure in flower, just keep them a safe distance away. check manufactures specs for veg and flower distance to plant.
