LED vs Cloudy Day

The LED is a 136w, actual draw Vipar Spectra.
Not sure the watts from a cloudy day. I have about five hours to use, otherwise the seedlings are in the tent with the LED.
Should I bother moving the plants under the clouds or keep them under the LED?

How big of a footprint are you trying to cover?

I ain't moving anything in my room that's been outside. I'd leave them in the tent.

Innie/outie is fine. I'm three stories up. Other than house plants, the closest green thing is a palm tree about 20' away. I'm more likely to bring something in on my clothes after walking dabber.
