LED red blue grow lights or Christmas lights?

I was gifted this shoe box, with a string of LED lights said to be red and blue spectrum for flowering.
Reminds me of icicle lights in red and blue, anyone ever seen anything like this, or used them?
Worth my time to install them, or just pretty lights?

It couldn’t hurt to try, are thay low voltage? That’s what I would hing my answer on plus the heat output it brings of corse.

They make almost no heat, but then I didn't have them on long, def low wattage.
Cant hurt to try them,,,

Won't hurt but I doubt that they produce enough output to grow well.
