LEC 315 (CMH) 315 Watt bulbs going out and then coming back on?

Came to check this morning and the light was off. I unplugged it for a bit and plugged it back in. Turned on fine. Is this a sign that the bulb is failing?

Never had problems with mine like that,
You might want to double check how you got them put in, an double check where it plugs into the ballast, it might be loose there., what kind of Lamp are you using in your light ?

From the description it could well be a bad bulb, it could also be the ballast, I would try a new bulb first..
