Leaves mottled & lower dying

This is my first medical grow under LED lights. I'm growing 2 autos and 4 photoperiod strains. I noticed fairly soon that the leaves were mottled looking. In particular the one auto growing fastest was
looking the worst, but all suffering to some degree. I'm wondering if my soil mix is too rich or maybe lacking in some nutrient. I'm also battling fungus gnats and using Knock-Out-Gnats larvicide and
my home remedy using kombucha with a drop of dish soap in bowls on top of the potting soil (catching quite a few this way!)

My set up is 2 Vipar Spectra 450 lights in a 4 X 4 foot tent. My soil mix is: organic Pro Mix soil (6 gallons) earthworm castings (4 gallons) perlite & vermiculite (2 gallons each) and coir (Coco Bliss).
This soil formula is out of True Living Organics book by the Rev. Maybe someone is familiar with this soil mix and has some experience with using it and results and or problems . I water with rain water & water from my dehumidifier.
Pictures are of the fastest growing auto.
