It looks like something is snacking on your leaves. I had a similar problem early on with my current grow. Cuts and tares on the leaves with little things (maybe eggs or larva?) and small white filaments (see the photos). I still do not know what it was for certain, but adding Azamax (azadirachtin) in the reservoir water and using it in a foliar spray, The damage stopped and I have not seen any more signs of the 'things'.
