Looks like heat stress as the visible leaf symptoms,
There may be other environmental stresses which make heat stress more evident. Other words stress somewhere else will amplify a symptom like this. Other stresses will make the plant sensitive to other environmental factors.
if your sure the heat and lighting are ok still raise the lights till you find or eliminate all other factors.
