When new leafs are coming through is it normal for them to be this light green/yellow as seen in picture

It's very hard to tell from the picture but how far is the light?

Yes it can happen...

The light is 16 inches from top of plant was just wondering if is unhealthy plant as rest seems to be ok

But dosnt effect the plant as it seems to be going green as the leaf gets bigger and older

It's normal for it to be a little lighter right in the middle of the "star" of new growth, especially some strains, but it's not normal for the new growth to be actually yellow.

Just as an example, three of these seedlings are normal, but the one in the upper right has too much yellowing (in this case it was caused by the pH being way too low).

Ok and yes it has now gone to a normal colour as has got older so all good thanks for help though
