Can someone please help me diagnosis this plant .

It's an original leaf...Looks like you might be on the onset of nute burn...or your ph is off...ph should be at 6...or a combo of both....Looks like tips of leaves are slightly starting to curl down...
 
Your plant looks a little droopy, which makes me wonder if it could be overwatering, since that can sometimes cause what looks like deficiencies. What are your watering practices? Also, how far away is your LED? The other main thing to check is the pH. Most nutrient deficiencies are actually caused by incorrect pH at the roots, so if you're seeing deficiencies after covering your basics, it's definitely something you want to check :)

Overall your plant actually looks pretty good!
 
look at soil. its damp, also looks compacted, i would cut the leaf and allow soil to dry out a bit. nubulahaze, is right on checking pH. i think soils staying to wet and is to compacted
