Leaf septoria and bubble hash

Since leaf septoria can survive freezing, will it be an issue when the hash is dried/cured?

I am uncertain, not being familiar with the malady. Would decarbing the weed, prior to freezing, be a potential solution?

I'm not looking to make edibles BR2K . Decarbing won't happen because of the edible thing and the plant is going to be fresh frozen BH. Although, I imagine cooking the LS would work.
