Unfortunately, the most likely culprit is usually heat with tacoing leaves but you mention CFLs and fans so that seems unlikely. It could possibly be too many nutrients with the nutrigrow but that should be showing leaf problems beyond just curling. From the pic it looks like it is still in a solo cup? If so it could be a little stress from root lock starting. Curling leaves are not usually the symptom for something like that but it is hard to tell if one problem leads to another in a cascade. If your pot has enough drainage it should be difficult to over-water so I would be surprised if that were the problem although it is easier to over-water in soil than it is with a soilless medium (if you move it into perlite and coco or peat it will be harder to over-water).
To be honest, the plant doesn’t look too bad beyond the small amount of curling. I would just replant it a better grow medium and in a bigger pot and just keep an eye on the new growth for more symptoms.
