Leaf edges curling

Unfortunately, the most likely culprit is usually heat with tacoing leaves but you mention CFLs and fans so that seems unlikely. It could possibly be too many nutrients with the nutrigrow but that should be showing leaf problems beyond just curling. From the pic it looks like it is still in a solo cup? If so it could be a little stress from root lock starting. Curling leaves are not usually the symptom for something like that but it is hard to tell if one problem leads to another in a cascade. If your pot has enough drainage it should be difficult to over-water so I would be surprised if that were the problem although it is easier to over-water in soil than it is with a soilless medium (if you move it into perlite and coco or peat it will be harder to over-water).
To be honest, the plant doesn’t look too bad beyond the small amount of curling. I would just replant it a better grow medium and in a bigger pot and just keep an eye on the new growth for more symptoms.

I recently had a problem like that with an outdoor grow that was caused by a nasty incessant wind that dried out the leaves even though the soil was wet. This followed a series of cloudy and cold days so it seemed as though the plants just didn't have enough energy to keep up with the dehydration caused by the wind. It looked like Heat Stress but wasn't.
I misted all the leaves with water and that helped but they didn't fully recover until the sun came back strong.
So, since you mentioned "Fans" in your room, perhaps they are pushing too much air through those leaves. You want gentle circulation, not a wind tunnel.

Yes sir happens to me do to windy outdoor hot conditions. I put up a EZup canopy to shade them but can't block it does not block the warm wind.
