Hello guys!!

It feels like it’s been forever since I’ve been on here!
But I’m starting to get a new grow set up, and this one is going to be done with very little error!

In doing so, I’ve decided to stick with a Kind Soil mix. I’m doing 5lbs per 5 gallons and I’m sticking with 3 this grow.

Im basically just wondering, has anyone used it? Does it work nicely? I LOVE the idea of just using water, and I love the idea of my medicine having no chemicals!

My space is very limited, so I’m just sticking with a few big ladies. I’m planning to set up a Screen of green for these ladies so I really want to just focus on their growth, not so much as how much nutes they’re getting..

Hey wattze, yes I used KindSoil my last grow and love it, easy as it gets, really. All you need is PHed water. I would go by KindSoil's directions to cause you can't start seedlings in it. Fill the bottom half of your pot with KindSoil and fill the rest of your pot with whatever soil your used to growing in. I used FFOF but I ain't gonna use it again. Mr Kind likes cocoloco, but KindSoil's good stuff. Good luck wattze, I remember you on here

Although I haven't finished my second grow yet, I'm already thinking about my next one. And I remember OldJarHead telling me that Kind Soil was great. So I'm saving my pennies even though it's not that expensive, I'm on a tight budget, and I'm switching from 3 gallon pots to 5 gallon fiber pots and have to invest in another led light I think. I like the idea of just water and light myself. I want a perpetual grow with a constant yield. Good luck Wattze!

homemade tent 2.5x3x4 ish covered in reflective material
2 fans and a ceiling fan

+1 for Kind Soil here. Getting close to the finish line on my first grow (3/5 plants harvested). I used it with Roots Organic Original and have zero complaints. It let me concentrate on external problems (bugs, mold, mildew) and also correcting my own mistakes without having to worry about keeping track of nute amounts/feeding schedules.
 
Morning OJH, that KindSoil sure feels good in your hands doesn't it, smells really good too. Did you look up TaraWildlife ??

can’t wait to test the waters on this one! I’m upgrading my light system from 400w to 600w and I’m turning my exhaust into an active intake.. I’m hoping this is going to prevent some light leaks that I’ve had in the past.

Quick question on my intake fan. The one I’ll have to bring in air is 240cfm. The one taking it out is 400cfm.. will this be enough for a 5’ x 5’ x 8’ (not completely accurate, just can’t remember the exact size)
 
Morning Wattze, with that KindSoil just make sure your water is right ,an that's it. You know what your doing you want have no trouble. About those fans I wasn't the smartest in my math class in the 6 th. grade ,so I ain't much help with that. But I'm using a I think 460cfm pulling out, I tried using 1 240cfm blowing in an it wasn't enough so I got another 240cfm and put a speed controller on it and works like a champ now. I ain't hard figuring that fan stuff out ,I was jus kidn. Good Luck Wattze
 
KindSoil has worked great for me also! Week 8 of flower and no problems. Definitely buying from KindSoil.com again for next grow.

I’m buying 15 pounds straight away to fill three 5 gallon smart pots (not fill but 5lbs per pot) and I’m pretty excited to get started with it! I’m still researching some good base soils, roots organic is out of the picture because I have heard some not great things about our stock here in Colorado Springs, I’ve also been heavily interested in the coco.. lol
