I haven't collected Kief in a long time primarily because it was such a hassle using
the dry ice method. This year I bought myself an inexpensive trim tray and I have to
say it worked far beyond my expectations. I got just over 2 1/2 grams of beautiful
golden kief (not my picture here) from just the trim of 2 FreakShow plants. Best part?
It took maybe 35-40 minutes from start to finish with my morning coffee, Worst part?
I've been tossing my trim for like 3 years. Can't wait to see what I manage from the
other 5 plants.

Pro tip. Dry ice isn't entirely necessary. Get a cheap 5 gallon 150 micron bag and freeze it and your trim. You will still get a nice amount but you need to grind your buds first as they won't break up as with dry ice. Trim can be done as is. Just work fast. Throw a few small rocks in the bag to help.

Didn't use any bud. It was all trim. After drying I did put in the freezer overnight and then straight into the trim tray.
