What kind of recipes does anyone have to use these?

I am up to something untested "again"
I put a chunk about the size of your thumb (knuckle up) in a half liter of everclear.
Then heated the bottle in a water bath at 180F for 45 mins.
This melted most of the chunk and left me with a half bottle of scary green shit.
Any thoughts?
