Sorry to tie up s thread. I spent 25 years in I.T. and I get very frustrated with software that does not work as advertised. If any of my systems were as hard to use or worked so poorly I would have been fired.

I worked in IT for 25 plus years also. Many moons ago, started on IBM mainframes (dinosaurs) and later IBM multi-building LAN network for a public school system. I can understand your frustration.

Now, I don't even use a smart phone, still have a flip phone. LOL

I think I have finally figured it out.

This is my baby, second day of 12/12. Not great pictures and it is still recovering from light burn. It's a bit more than a foot tall and I hope it turns out to be female but no biggie if not. It was just a test subject anyway.
