[JOURNEY] Purple Haze with 400W HPS/MH Grow Lights

They look great, everything is fine, the first leaves ( cotyledons ) can do whatever they want, dont worry about them. The other leaves all look great. Youll have more important things to worry about before the grow is over, ha. Wish you the best Marco.

DAY 5 VEGETATIVE

I changed the water of the reservoir for first time.

PH1 looks good but little bit smaller than PH2 and it has a weird mark on one of its leaves.

PH2 is definetly looking great. Big and intense green colour on its leaves.

I NEED HELP. I’m having root rot. I thought I got rid of it changing the water of the reservoir but today PH1 has new stains all over… I also notice a little stain on RH2. WTF I’m doing wrong?

I see new and healthy (I think) roots coming out of the net pot… That makes me think those stains might not be a Root rot problem? What do you guys think?

Evening Marco, like I said earlier, I ain't no good with hydro, maybe someone will be on in a minute to help you.
But your young plants look great to me, so I wouldn't think there's much wrong, they make all kinds of sh-t to keep them roots white though.Your doing fine, Marco.
Alltatup will know what to tell you, to get for those roots to keep em clean, an white. Your plants are a real healthy looking green. Nice.

The whole leave is getting a brown/yellow color... two other leaves are getting these stains.
Is this nute burn? Should I change the water of the reservoir and use less nutrients?

I'm going to top my plants soon but I want to find what's the problem first

For heaven's sake, don't stress your plants out more by topping them!! You should thoroughly flush them and let them recover.

marco, Not at all a stupid question. Plants can get nute lockout where they can't uptake the nutrients they need because they are saturated with salts. I never get anywhere near the total recommended dose of nutrients, and your plants are babies. Whatever strength of nutes you're putting in--put 75% LESS!!! Let your plants gain strength, size and roots.

You flush them with plain pH'd water for 48 hours, and then add WAAAAAAAY LESS nutes than you have been.
