There's a bunch on the app store. I'm not sure if you can download them on your laptop though. The one that caught my eye was one called growdroid (NPK, grow journal)
If using a laptop/PC you could use a spreadsheet application like Excel. People tend to overlook the power of spreadsheets and their versatility beyond bookkeeping and accounting.
Excel, (spreadsheets,) indeed are a very handy tool.
i use it for my weekly nutrient dosage, enter desired strength & total water volume and it'll show how much I need of each.
free alternative to buying (or finding elsewhere online) is LibreOffice for a variety of platforms. https://www.libreoffice.org/
also has the usual things that office has.
