Jiffy peat

Ok hi. New here thank you. But do I need to soak my seeds first or just put in peat pods after hydrating them. My paper towel method is not working

I have paper towel method on heat pad day 4 and nothing. So thought I would try jiffy pod but do I soak seed first for 16 hours

You don't need to soak it, especially if it's been in wet paper towels for 4 days. I would put it straight into soil if that's what you're going to be growing in.

You can place in room temp water until they no longer float (check every couple hrs.) then place in moistened, not wet, warmed jiffy.
