Hello I was just wondering if this colour green was normal im new to growing and just wanting to check i have a healthy plant.

Looks like the start of a magnesium deficiency. You can give her a foliar spray. I table spoon of unscented Epsom salt to one gallon of water. Mix it up with warm water and allow it to cool. Spray the plants with the lights off and turn them back one once they dave dried up.
 
Hello I went and bought some calmag after you saying about it being a start of a deficiency as I can't get a hold of any epsom salt I applied as necessary when I watered today this morning, I've been and checked on her now and it looks like white patches on the leaves but not mould more like salt or something, is this worrying or should it be okay in a day or two

I’ve been meaning to try growing jack herer but have held off because it is advertised as a bit touchy to grow. Not really a first timer strain. Not saying to give up but if this grow doesn’t go according to plan you may want to get something a little more amenable to a first time grower. For example, northern lights. If you can bring the JH successfully to harvest let us know how it went.
 
I only got three free seeds with my purchase and that is the only successful one so far im going to give it a foliar spray and keep the fans on permanent I have white widow which fingers crossed
 
more info on your grow would help...pictures alone make for guesses that anyone can give their two cents. Judging by the pic you are using coir or peat in a plastic container and the plant is young. That's all anybody could really say...

When growing in coir it's a good idea to use calmag as well as other nutrients. It does look like it may be the start or a magnesium deficiency or light burn. at 300W the LED should be not less than 18 inches from the top of the canopy.. Remember too that if the temps and humidity are good, coir can dry out quicker than soil so make sure your watering practices are good and that you are testing the PH regularly.
 
Hey Weston, 100 watts isn't much if too far away. Your plants looks stretchy so is reaching for more light. How high above canopy? More light will go a long way toward a healthy plant! Lower it to about 15 inches or turn it up then LST will help a lot and early is good. Just slowly bend it over horizontal and tie down. If the stem feels stiff go slow over 2 or 3 sessions. New branches will quickly grow up with an even canopy and several tops. Good luck and Happy Pharming!
BTW next time or when you transplant mix at least 30% perlite into the coco for better drainage and oxygen to the roots. Lessens the chance of over watering. They will be much happier!
 
Thank you TOKABIGONE will lowering the light to 15inches not increase my chances of light burning I have already thought about doing this but was worried in case it would Burn
 
The simple way to check for heat is to hold your hand at canopy level to see how warm it feels. If hot then it's too close. With that light I suspect you will feel nothing. Light burn however comes from the photo intensity of the light. Again not a problem with that light. Happy Pharming!
 
Any LED too close will produce light burn so take TOKABIGONE's suggestion with trepidation. I think the closest recommendation for that light is 18 inches and in fact you should be trying to see if the calmag will resolve the issue. If you aren't adding it in coir then I'd guess that's your problem
 
How can I go about getting seeds from this then would I just switch it to flower as I would to make buds
