HELP! Is this ready to harvest?

Week 12 I have noticed that the trichomes at the top of the plant appear ready with many amber colored (please see 2 pics of amber colored). However, on the same plant the trichomes lower seem a bit clear (see 2 pics clear) . Is it normal to have this difference ? Should I harvest?

Looks ready to me, too. Also, based on the condition of the leaves it appears the plant is about spent anyway so unlikely to do much more. Not harvesting now is inviting problems IMO.
(disclaimer: I am only in my second grow now so take my opinion with a grain of salt)
