1st grow, a single autoflower bluekush grew excellent without any isuue. This is my second grow with two autoflower plants. one of them Sour diesel auto f is having white spots on leaves which I didn't notice in first grow or the other plant ( northern light auto) that I have now. It's almost near harvest. worried if I should just go ahead and harvest and throw way the trim if it's already infected. Should the white spots go away when you wipe in Powdery-mildew? Because in this case it's not going away when I wipe it.

Doesn't look like WPM to me, I'd say look for another issue.

what PLreef said - look for insects. Tough to deal with now as she is well into flowering. If you find eggs under the leaves, try to mitigate by
* can you take it outside? If "yes", put the plant on a table so that you can spray water underneath. And you have a better look under the canopy. Blast those leaves with a good spray to wash away eggs. Blast hard enough to swing the leaves but not hard enough to blow them off of course. Use a sprayer, I don't mean blast with a garden hose. Then bring plant back inside.
* cut off leaves where you find eggs
* take a soft cloth and dampen it with alcohol and wipe down the leaves, both sides, then spray with water
* wipe your pruning shear blades with rubbing alcohol before and after pruning
* at night right before the lights go dark and the surface of the soil is dry, cover the soil with 1/8" of diatomaceous earth
* place foil around the base of your plant, light will bounce off the foil and onto the underside of the leaf
Many insects, like aphids (not saying you have that but you might), hate citrus and a homemade insect spray using orange or lemon peel can help mitigate. Now this will sound crazy but it's true - aphids hate bananas - cut up a banana peel into very small slices and create a ring around the base of the plant. Remove in a couple days. Many insects love the color yellow (aphids, gnats) and some growers put a yellow bowl under the plant filled with water. Insects then drown.

That looks more like thrips I’ve never seen mold grow so scattered it grows in dozens of medium circles not hundreds of tiny ones could be other bugs but definitely isn’t mold in my opinion and you have a very bad infestation if so
I checked under the leaf using the USB microscope and to my dismay saw tens of creepy looking bugs. Upon further reading, it's confirmed it is spider mites. I am growing in 20th floor high rise apartment in an enclosed wooden cabin. I have to agree that I didn't maintain the cabin cleanliness like I did in the first grow. Not sure if this is the reason. or is it because because of low himidity and high temp due to summer here. Reading up further. PeterMatanzas ,@PLreef thanks so much for the advise. Appreciate it.

Also, I did a wet trim and cut out all sugar and fan leaves and harvested the bud from sour diesel and threw away the trim. I had planned on harvesting this saturday. So it was just two days early.
Figuring out a plan for the other northern lights auto in the cabinet which has just entered flowering and have noticed the mites on few of the leaves under. I had a plans of starting another feminised bubba kush plant but looking at the mite problem, do you guys suggest that I wait till I complete the harvest for the auto and then completely sanitize the grow room and then go forward with the photoperiod bubba kush. I don't want to be waiting another month if I can. thanks again for all the help I m getting in this forum.

Those are two spotted spider mites, the hardest to get rid of. They become immune to sprays after a while. I got rid of them using predatory mites. Little on the pricey side but totally worth it.
