Is this over watering???

Hi like minded people ,I am new to growing ,I sprouted some seeds and put them in seed raising soil which has slow release fert in it ,I'm growing under a led light ,but they are looking bad !!! how do I fix the problem ??? I have got a bag of organic soil with no release fert in it ,would repotting help??

They are a little big for the starter pots wouldn’t hurt to repot them

Agree with Camk need to be repotted , by slow release what kind of soil are we talking about?

Hi Mr Furley,just potting mix from the shop ,I read somewhere not to use soil with sloe release fert in it ??
I have repotted the babies will update later
