Is this nutrition issue or something else

The lighting makes the color hard but the spots are yellow. I have two plants in the DWC but only one is showing symptoms both are the same strain.

This is the closest to normal light I can get

it's hard to see anything in those photos.

Is it right on the tips of the leaves like nute burn, or is it in the middle/down the sides of leaves which may be a pH issue or possibly something wrong with the roots.

It's on the tips top tip of two and middle tip of one

They're growing hasn't spread or gotten any worse, I've started lst I'll post pics tommorrow
