Inexperienced grower here. Have done a few grows from cuttings but this is first time from seed for me. Two of my plants on right sight turned out great with nice buds. The one on the left has looks different with really small buds and lots of little curly leaves. I'd this normal for seeds of same strain? Or did I mess that plant up somehow? Thanks

Hard to say with limited information.
Sometimes the difference in growth can be an abnormality or phenotype.
Sometimes plants just give you the finger.
