Is this normal

I have planted seeds from a previous grow outside that had some seeds in it. The plans are growing fine but I have noticed leaves have 7 and 9 segments on the leaves. Is this normal?

I believe the short answer is yes, but some more knowledgeable guys and gals may need to correct me.
