Is this mold?

Went on vacation and had my weed in a tent. Damn fan quit working so not sure how long it was in humid still air for. 2-3 days max. I now have black forming on some leaves and my
bud looks a little iffy. This plant has been dwarfed since day 1. Not a great germination. Pulled it out of my tent and away from other plants. What do you think?

I should also mention this plant had a white fly infestation about 2 weeks ago. Have since solved that issue but leads me to think it’s sooty mold more and more I look at it.
 
Damnit. I pulled a bud that looked affected apart and sure as shit it has black mold in the middle. I pulled off the 2 affected looking buds and moved it out of the tent and into the yard far away from mu
plants. Over 150’. Going to see if it keeps growing or if it’s a total loss. Luckly it was my runt auto and not my big auto or any of mu
photos. Lesson learned though insure appropriate air movement at all times.
