Is this bud rot ?

I'm total newbie. One of my 2 plants was a auto blueberry haze. It flowered. I might have let it go for too long and noticed a few brown spots on some of the buds. I read online that this is likely a bud rot. I cut the branches out and harvested the plant. Now I'm looking at rest of the buds and not sure if they are ok they have also rotted.

the ones with brown color and white fuzz are rotten and should be discarded, save the green ones

Thanks. wasn't sure if the small brown spots on the green ones were natural or beginning of bud rot.
