Is this Botrytis and can I still use for cookies?

Hi. There was definitely rot on the plant at the very top but thought these were clear.
Now they've dried I'm not sure
Are they sill safe to use for cookies or must I just ditch the lot?
They smelt perfect as I was cutting them after drying
