take a match box put sand paper inside put seeds in shake 30 seconds to rough up seed covering so seed will absorb water fast to sprout sooner

No, no myth! But it's not like you sand the crap out of em just a couple shakes is all. You are just scoring the surface so it will absorb the water.

Not a mith. Its just for certain seeds that are hard shellded and not very absorbent. Its not about making it faster. its about those seeds hard to germ
